The goal of this presentation is to help job seekers by providing a tool kit that they can use market themselves while looking for their next role. This presentation has been given to a wide range of audiences and has been tailored to each ranging from C-level, those making major career transitions, entry level, and everything in between.

Identifying Potential Job Titles
To effectively search potential jobs, it is essential to understand the wide range of job titles related to the role you are looking for. I discuss ways to establish a list of potential job titles and how to use it when searching for opportunities.

Skill Alignment & Gaps
Once job titles are identified, I run the audience through my "Green Highlighter, Red Highlighter" exercise to identify skill alignments vs skill gaps. I work through tactics to align the skill alignments between identified job titles and their resume and ways to address gaps on the resume and in applications. I discuss the ATS and ways to best position yourself on applications and how skill gaps can be overcome.
The Personal Branding Tool Kit
I present the audience with the map to create their own personal branding tool kit that will enable them to hit the job market with all necessary tools for success. We walk through examples of each and have back and forth interaction on tying the tool kit together to ensure a cohesive personal brand and messaging. We also walk through ways to use the tool kit efficiently and how to promote yourself while open to work.

The final piece of the puzzle that I am very passionate about is attending events and building your network strategically. In this stage of the process I provide my steps to go from no network to well know by key influencers for your desired outcomes.
